1998 Chevy Lumina Where is the low end port for the A/C?

My A/C quit cooling. The fuse is good and the blower works, so believe it needs recharged. I bought the coolant. Where is the low end port to put it in?

Look for the 13mm fitting between the compressor and evaporator
