What is the average temperature inside of a car with the A/C on if it is working correctly and the outside temperature is in the 80s or 90s?

That really depends on how long the A/C has been running and how high of setting it is blowing at. Most people think of a comfortable room temp. To be around 70F though. With A/C blowing probably be around 65F
