1998 Chevy Lumina, LTZ w/137k mi. 3.8lL v6. I am feeling and hearing this rotational click occuring during coasting straight, and not when engine is under load, braking, or turning. the vibration can be felt in the steering wheel. I suspect drive train issue, and fear a costly repair. Can you help diagnose?

ps. I had both front wheel bearings replaced 1 yr ago. (maybe CV joints?)
Thanks REDltz

cv-axle about 90 dollars and 1.5 hours to replace here. Cost will depend on where you live.
