First I would recommend you purchase a repair manual for the car. It will provide step by step directions and pictures to help identify parts.
First disconnect the battery. Next, drain the coolant from the radiator, and then remove both upper and lower hoses. Remove the transmission cooling lines. Now unbolt the cooling fan assembly and unplug its power. Remove the assembly. Check to make sure there are no eng coolers attached to the front of the radiator, unbolt it, and you should be able to remove it. Reverse order to replace.
