Hi I just hit a bad pothole on driver side and the car has been making a horrible rattleing noise it goes away when i hit the gas pedal but when i turn the wheel or when im idleing at a stop light it get real loud please help so i can fiqure whats wrong I just brought the car march 4 and being a mother of 5 I used all the money of my tax refund on it. I just dont know what it could be.

I'm going to guess there's some damage to the spring, strut or strut mount on that side. Maybe when you accellerate, the weight of the car in the front lifts a bit, taking the weight off the mount and making the rattle go away. It makes sense it could get worse as you turn, as the strut twists.
