HOW DO YOU RELEASE FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE WHEN REPLACING YOUR FUEL FILTER

Remove the fuel pump relay from the under the hood fuse box, start the car, when it stops running, pressure is relieved, do the filter, then reinstall the relay.
