1998 Chevy Lumina egr valve

1998 Chevy Lumina 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 230000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
Egr valve has been replacedtwice within 6 months, the service engine light continues to come on with egr flow issue and code PO401 the egr was replaced and codes cleared. Where do I go from here???

the egr tube could be clogged, also change pcv valve
