1998 Chevy Lumina cant find the problem...

the car loosees power when driving,
motor lights goes on,
5 different mechanics said is the computer,
they try fix and can not.
wind shield wipers works somethimes sometimes not..
they said it was the computer, it was a short,it was the bad gas..
car is running properly ans suddenly stools or slows down as if does not have power..

Was the computer replaced with a remanufactured unit?

What code numbers are present in the computer?

When the wipers are not working right, is it that they do not move at all?
