1998 Chevy Lumina cant find the problem.

The car loosees power when driving,
motor lights goes on,
5 different mechanics said is the computer,
they try fix and can not.
wind shield wipers works somethimes sometimes not.
they said it was the computer, it was a short, it was the bad gas.
car is running properly ans suddenly stools or slows down as if does not have power.
