turn signal is not working at all?

I have a 1998 Chevy Lumina with 82,000 miles, and the turn signal is not working at all. I have checked the fuse, and it is okay. Where is the turn signal flasher located.

It is behind te left side of the dash. Probably have to remove the lower plastic panel to gain access

I agree with 2CARPRO JACK, here is the location of the flasher so you can change it out and help fix the problem. The turn signal and hazard light flasher are the same FYI. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
