Noises problem
1998 Chevy Lumina 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i have a 1998 lumina ltz 3.8 liter and when i drive for 10 minutes or so when i accelerate thr car kinda stutters especially uphills it sometimes doest want to go there is a little rattling noist coming from the exhaust pipes

check plugs wires and mapp sensor, if you havent had wires and plugs changed in a while , you should do it anyway, but sometimes the wire will sit against the block and melt, causing the car to only run on several cylinders or even worse arc. check those out and get back to me

i put in a mapp sensor change coils and new plugs and wires and no difference.when my car drives for about 15 minutes and heats up i cant accellerate to the fullest i have to ease on the gas beecause it hesitates especially up hills do you think its the fuel pump

test the fuel pressure regulator, I have a good video that will show how to check the regulator and fuel pump

It wouldnt hurt to test the throttle position sensor either, for good measure, but do the fuel pressure first
