1997 Chevy Lumina Serpintine belt

Hello, just put in a new water pump, at first I took off the belt tensioner pulley then realized that all I had to do was to take the waterpump pulley off. I am having a hard time getting the pulley back into position with the tension on the belt. HELP!

Belt goes on last
place all your pulleys in place and tighten
then install the belt
