Hi there,

This is not a job for a novice, book time in a fully equipped work shop is around 12 Hrs, so allow plenty of time, get a work shop manual and have a good read on the head removal section, make sure you have all the tooling and expertise to do the job, if you do, ensure that the bores are well oiled and covered while the heads are off, and ensure that the heads are checked over by a machinist for cracks and warping.
