1997 Chevy Lumina from fuel pump relay to fuel pump

I have a 97 Chevy Lumina Sedan 3.4 liter.
Why would there be no current from the fuse relay to the fuel sending unit?
p.s. fuel sending unit is new,and fuse relay is new.
oil pressure switch is ok.
car will not start.

Which one are we dealing with the fuel pump or the fuel sending unit? Do you hear the fuel pump come On when key at run position.
