I have a 1997 Chevy Lumina and the engine oil pressure light blins when I'm on a hill or when I'm turning the steering wheel and I'm trying to find the
freeon tank so I can get cool breeze into A/C system.

Are you sure the oil level is full? Have you checked the oil sending unit? Also, freon is added to the low pressure side of the AC. I recommend having a mechanic show you which hose it the low pressure. The high pressure side could cause the freon can to explode.
