Electrical problem
1997 Chevy Lumina 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

How would I fix it so my brake lights work? There are new bulbs and we've figured out it is the wiring in the directional that is causing the brake lights to not work.

No I did not, to be perfectly honest, I do not know exactly what to look for by the brake pedal. I also found out that this is a generic problem for all Chevy Lumina Sedans.

I just went out and looked underneath by where the brake pedal is. I did not see a switch. It may be way up inside. There is material covering up that area.
