1997 Chevy Lumina

I am having a problem with the electrical. I can't get the instrument lights or the radio to work. My tail lights won't work as well. I checked the fuses and they are all good. What could it be.

I suspect the body control module to be the culprit, there are many connections for different items in the vehicle and sometimes they become corroded and have to be cleaned.
