why is my car idling up and down then shut off i change the wires spark plugs and oil and map sensor the code maf or vaf come on but i went and got a use maf from a car that had a great engine it was brand new what can it be

Has the check engine light come back on? Have you checked for vacuum leaks? The used MAF sensor you got, was it the same part number as the old one?
