1996 Chevy Lumina Thermostat

If your facing the car. Look on the right for the big black radiator hose. Follow that to the engine. Thats where the thermostat is at. If you have a 3.8 youll need to remove the throttle body for easier access. Its an easy job. Just unbolt the thermostat housing (the part that the hose attaches to) and remove the thermostat. If you have the 3.8 start out by removing the air cleaner system and throttle body. If thats the case and you do have a 3.8.I can tell you step by step. Just repost that you have a 3.8. Its really easy though. Just taking out bolts and moving parts outta the way. Good luck. :)
