My tailights and dashboard light are not turning on when the headlight switch is turned on. The dashboard light includes dashboard itself and at around the climate control and radio.

The bulbs are ok-at least in the taillights. The break lights do work.
The fuses seem ok too.

What else could cause both the dahsboard light and tailights not to come on when the headlight switch is turned on?
The brake/turning/headlights all work ok.

Bad headlight switch or bad tail light fuse. Check the brown wire at the headlight switch for power when turned on, if no power then the problem is the headlight switch.

Check the contacts in the fuse box itself. Mine were corroded, so I had to cut the wires and connect it to a new fuse (holder? Dont know what to call it). Turn the headlights on, and then find the fuse (under the hood, drivers side) and wiggle it around. When you push it in a certain direction, the lights should work, hence it being corroded.
