1996 Chevy Lumina possible fuel pump?

i was driving my car and it stalled out like when u run out of gas i looked at my gauge it was on E i then went and got 2 gallons of gas and the gauge was still on E i have a bad fuel pump oh my steeling wheel was tight and my oil and battery light was on

sounds like you've lost a drive belt..have you checked under hood to see if any belts are broken / missing?

if it was a drive belt would it still crank over but not start?
and no i did not check under the hood
