1996 Chevy Lumina Interior Lights wont shut off/ Brake ligh

i got out of my car and the interior dome light and rear-view mirror lights would not go off. i ended up pulling the fuse so i didnt kill the battery. also when i hit the brake my rear window brake light comes on but not the tail brake lights.

for brake lamps, first inspect bulbs. if OK, suspect faulty brake lamp switch.

for interior lamps, suspect sticking / faulty door ajar switch. spray WD40 in all door latches to see if this helps the issue.
