1995 Chevy Lumina transmission jerking

My 1995 Lumina intermittantly begins to jerk as soon as it shifts into 2nd gear. It also seems to lock up and the car vibrates when the brakes are applied.
This problem occurs occassionally and usually lasts for a short time. My mechanic put the car on the computer, but no problems were coded.

Try and replace tranny filter and fluid
