1995 Chevy Lumina 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Is it possiable to change this engine from a timming belt to a timming chain?

Is this the DOHC 3.4?

While possible, it would require a lot of fabrication and machining. Cost would exceed cost of car.
