brake pedal is spongy when driving bleed brakes problem still exists

Pads and Shoes could be worned-wheel cylinders leaking or try bleeding the master cylinder then the wheels-

Spongy? Or excessive travel? Brakesmay need adjustment or replacement. Especially the rears. Have you checked the fluid in the master? Do't let it run dry, add only DOT3 brake fluid.
