1995 Chevy Lumina check engine

on my 3.1 engine the check engine light comes on after decellerating from 55 mph. i changed the egr valve cleaned the port on the intake replaced plugs wires air cleaner checked vacuum lines. The NO is high at 1200 and should be 800.
