1995 Chevy Lumina carb backfire

my engine is a 3.1 and start to back fire after it warms up thru carb. and while in gear driving , when i step on the gas it backfires thru carb. i did tune up about 12000 miles ago.

Check the fuel pressure, ignition timing,wrong heat range on plugs, excessive carbons in the cylinders and lean or rich fuel mixture
