1995 Chevy Lumina Automatic 63000 miles

i use this car on a mail route and my tire went flat the other day so i had to finish the route on a spare and everytime i approached a box and had to go off the road, my car scrapped. what could have happened to it?

is there any issues you are having after replacing the tire? probably didn't hurt it much, may want to raise up and check though.
