1995 Chevy Lumina A/C Bypass Pulley installation

I have my Haynes Manual for my vehicle but it doesnt tell me how to install an A/C Bypass Pulley, I can even remove the one thats one there and I cant bypass it due to the water pump. Does anyone know how to remove the old pulley and to install the bypass pulley. I dont need A/C. Thank you.

You remove the a/c compressor, and the bypass pulley should line up with the existing bolt holes.
