1994 Chevy Lumina Turn Signal

1994 Chevy Lumina

My left turn signal remains on in the car when I put it on. The right side functions normally inside and out. The left turn signals stay on outside the car. The hazards flash when I put them on. Is it a problem with a bulb? I checked the turn signal fuse and it seems fine.

Most likely fault in turn signal switch. when switched to right do lefts go off? lefts stay on solid no blinking?
