Hi i knotic when i brake there is a loud noise and it sounds like maybe the pads are wearing down? Im not sure but the brake light and the anti lock brake light are on but my dad said they stick on i think but not for sure but when i don't use the brake there is no sound until i come to a complete stop. Do you guys think I need new brake pads, rotors, or what?

Lumina had an awful rear caliper, the slides would stick. If you are metal to metal you will need rotors and possibly calipers, inspect all four wheels, it is NOT normal to have the light stay on on the dash.
