Engine Performance problem
1994 Chevy Lumina 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I get a intermitent hesitation at highway speeds. I'm thinking it might be fuel related. Was wondering where the fuel filter is located. If you have any other suggestions on what might be causing this, I'd appreciate any help

The fuel filter is always along the frame, usually on the left side of the vehicle. Also check your spark plugs and wires. It may just be time for a tune-up.
