when the weather gets below 50 degrees the window on the drivers side jams up and I cant get it to roll up or down. I have sprayed silicone on it but it still does not work. It does not do this when the weahter is is warm. The door was taken apert and it shows nothing is wrong with it.

If nothing is physically wrong with it, it could be the white grease they used on initial assembly hardening. Try cleaning out all of the slides and using a small amount of wheel bearing grease.
