Electrical problem
1994 Chevy Lumina 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 140K miles

i have this lumina it has miles but runs great i have this blinker issue the blinkers light up but don,t blink ive replaced all light bulbs replace the steering blinker switch and the blinker thing under the dash box anyone have a idea on why they will not blinker

Use an ohmmeter on the black wire on the bulb socket to chassis ground do you have continuty? Let me know I got more coming

blinker thing

I take it as the turn signal flasher-slap a voltmeter on both receptical terminal one of them should have power-get back
