i have a 1993 chevy lumina z34 when it is cold outside and i start it it will rev up really high to 4 rpms and go ne ne ne untill it warmes up and go down to normel and start the rest of the day fine but i did change the idol air controll censor and it did not help so can someone help me plz when it is hot outside it dont do it at all but it has to be like 80 out thier in order for it not to
