My windshield wipers randomly stop working. I have to wiggle the swich around for a while to get them to work, then they randomly stop in place if I accidently bump the switch. Smoke was coming out of my steering column and it was making a sizzling sound when I tried to turn them on. Since then, the wipers have completely stopped working (and the windshield washer). But, nothing else seems to be wrong with my car. (lights, blinkers, horn, radio, etc) What's wrong with my wipers?
