1992 Chevy Lumina Air flow problems interior

The dampers do not change direction when the buttons are pushed on the dash. It keeps blowing on the windshield. How do I fix this?

Hi:
I believe the 92 ran the vent doors with vacuum. Check for leaks from the control unit and make sure the unit is receiving vacuum from the engine.
