When you turn the car squeels, we put power streering fluid in and it stopped for a day but now it is squeeling again.

You said that you had to add power steering fluid then it stopped making the noise. At the time, how low was it? How much fluid did you add?

Now that it is making the same noise again, have you checked the fluid level? With an assistant in the car, raise the hood and have your assistant turn the steering wheel (left to right, and then right to left - steady turn). Remove the power steering reservoir cap, and check if you can see the fluid moving. Also, try to localize the noise as the steering wheel is being turned.
