I HAVE A 90 CHEVY LUMINA AND I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AND THE HEDLIGHTS STARTED BLINKING THEN WENT COMPLETELY OUT WHAT COULD BE WRONG WITH IT ????

sounds like a short in the wiring or possibly rust on the fuse. not 100% sure but i think the fuse is in the box above the washer fluid resevoir on the driver side...
