Ok so my girlfirends 3.1 lumina euro will start run for a bit just fine the it starts sputtering like its going to die and when you hit the gas it actualy dose die. Her parents have replaced the injectors fuel pump and I think the cam sensor and they dont want to keep guessing on parts and no longer want to put any money into the car unless they are shure it is the problem, they have taken the car to a couple shops and they dont know whats wrong and thats including our local gm dealer

There's really only a cpl things that will cause what you described. It's either losing fule pressure, which could be a cpl things, we'll get back to that, or the exhaust is clogged. As the car starts running bad, kneel down next to the car and see if there is extreme heat coming from the Catalytic converter, or the resonator.
The fuel problem could be a fuel filter, a return line rusted thru, a leaky fuel line, or the fuel pump could be bad. Put a fuel pressure tester on the fuel rail, and wtach to see if it drops considerably right before it starts to sputter.
