missfire

I have a buick 3800, fuel injection. I just replaced the plugs and wires. I is running worse now than before i changed it out. I replaced each wire one at a time. it is giving me a code of P0300: multiple cylinder misfire. Any ideas?

I have a 92 1500 4wd mileage 180000: What kind of transmission is in this truck? Can you convert it from tbi to carburetor?
