hello: do you have one belt that goes around all pullys, or do you have a belt for each accessory. Serpintine or V belts? Typically when you start the engine after sitting for awhile this pulls the battery down enough to cause the alternator to try to recharge the battery quite hard and the alternator needs some horse power to do this. The belts need to be in good condition for this to happen. If the belt is worn or damp etc it can squeel quite loud for a few moments. The belt can be tight as a banjo string, but if it is worn to far it can still squeel or slip. One way to see if belt is slipping is before you start the engine check the temp (cold engine) of the alt pulley with your hand. Start the engine and run until squeeling stops. Turn off engine and feel the pulleys again, if one is warmer than the others, that is the squeeling one in most cases
