!985 Vandura Fuse Panel Addition

I would like know how to add a curciut to my fuse panel. I am adding a new stereo and it requires a constant Hot line. The old stereo did not have a constant Hot. I am also having a hard time removing the fuse box do to the recessed hex screws. What is the procedure in removing it (the fuse box).

If you have a test light use it to test the spade lugs that are along the top edge of the fuse block. There should be accessory switched 12v which you can use to turn on the stereo plus constant 12v. 2carprojack was correct in saying that you can run direct from the battery which is the best way to do this if you are installing a high powered stereo.
