2008 Chevy Impala Sounds like my tire is wobbly and scrubbi

I have a 2008 chevy impala and when i ride slow about 20 miles per hour I can hear a sound like my tire is scrubbing and wobbly but I have looked at the tires and they arent wobbly, i can also feel a rock in the car when this sound occurs. What could this Be?

Inspect front suspension and steering components for any loose components, tie rods, bearings, ball joints, brake caliper, caliper bracket.
