Hear clicking/clunking noise when brakes applied below 5 mph and when turning at low speeds. This noise is evident when stopped and wheels are turned back and forth. Seems like something is loose in suspension/brakes but don't know where to start diagnosis. Help!

Is the noise worse when you turn sharp?

The noises stay the same regardless of sharp or non-sharp turns. Is it possible that there's a problem in the steering shaft AND a suspension or drive train issue, like a bad CV joint/drive shaft?

Actually, a CV joint is the first thing I thought of when you described the problem. That is why I asked about changes when turning. Usually a bad CV joint will click when turning. Regardless, I think that is where I would start. Check them to make sure there isn't excessive play in them and let me know what you find.
