2005 Chevy Impala 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 72.000 miles

hello i was just wondering about my car it runs really rough at idle and low speed but when i get it up to higher speeds it runs good and also when i put it in reverse it really shakes and feels like the motor is going to fall out what do u think it could be please help me thank you

Do you have a check engine light on
and if so you should start by checking the PCM for codes

check for vacuum leaks and also check motor and tranny mounts
