Transmission problem
2004 Chevy Impala 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 70,000 miles

Have bad miles per gallon & tranny will not go into overdrive. Could this be a solenoid problem? Also had noisy fan blower; it was replaced by now takes too long to warm up

1st step is to have it scanned for codes
if tranny not shifting at the correct speeds PCM and TCM will set a trouble codes and you have to have it scanned to retrieve them code .
Code will help in pin pointing what is going on
and place to start the diagnose

blower motor
check if the fan was damaged
