tHE CAR HEATS UP RATHER QUICKLY THE FANS DO NOT SEEM TO BE COMING ON AT ALL FUSES SEEM FINE NOT SURE ABOUT RELAYS COULD THIS BE THE THE COOLANT SYSTEM TEMPERATURE SENSOR? WHERE IS I T LOCATED AND HOW EASY TO REPLACE?? THANK YOU B.M.W.

The sensor is located on the driver side of the lower intake manifold.
It is down near the outlet pipe for the upper radiator hose.
