THIS MORNING I DROVE FOR 25 MINUTES TO GET TO WORK, AS I WAS DRIVING I SMELT A BURNING COOLANT SCENT. MY TEMPERATURE GAUGE WAS OPERATING WELL FOR THE 25 MINUTES - SHOWED NO OVERHEATING.

WHEN I GOT TO MY WORK'S PARKING LOT I CHECKED UNDER THE HOOD - CHECK MY COOLANT TANK - OK, CHECK HOSE -OK AND THEN UNDERNEATH THE CAR FOR ANY LEAKS - NONE.

I LIKE TO ASK YOU WHAT DO YOU THINK IS CAUSING THIS SMELL?

Where you operating the heater? Is passenger side carpet wet? yes to either could be leaking heater core.
