2004 Chevy Impala Heater works when car hits a bump

Heater problem
2004 Chevy Impala

My heater works only after a long (35-55 min) warm up or after the car is jarred i.e.: hard door slam, hit a big bump, etc.

I think it the wiring but do not know anything about cars. Also the car's speedometer and radio seem to have shorts.

are you talking about the fan. most likel its the blower resistor. as for the speedo, its most likely the stepper motors in the cluster it self
